Work Experience

Professor & HOD -Finance and Head International Collaborations & Capacity Development and Accreditations and Head Journals at IIFT, New DelhiShe has around 26 years work experience in Research and Academics. Her interest areas are Global Value Chain Trade and Investments, alternative investments, mergers and acquisition and valuations, International Finance.

She is an active member of AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business-USA), duly certified as AACSB Mentor to  AACSB accreditation aspirant Institutes. 

She has successfully tenured post of Director IQAC (Internal quality assurance Cell) at IIFT New Delhi, Member Academic Council.  She has held several portfolios at IIFT New Delhi like International Collaboration and Capacity Development,Accreditation and Ranking,Faculty Development Programs, and IIFT-Journals. She has also chaired flagship program MBA-IB, Executive post graduate programs in International Business at IIFT Delhi. Has been instrumental in designing and reviewing Degree and Post Graduate Diploma programs etc.

Member of UGC-NAAC- National Assessment & Accreditation Council of India

Recipient of Emerald Literati Award in 2019 for best commendable research paper.

She has authored books on Corporate finance, Mergers and Acquisitions: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts and Financing , Valuation and Modelling published by Wiley Education. She has also authored several cases published in leading Global case publishers. She has published  more than Sixty papers in international peer reviewed journals. She is also on editorial board of several Indian and International peer reviewed journals.
