Addendum: We have
received a communication from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India(ICAI) that it is mandatory to quote minimum audit fee in all the
EOI for statutory auditors w.e.f FY 2016. Accordingly with the
approval of the Competent Authority , we have now quoted the minimum
audit fee ( IIFT Delhi+Kolkata )for statutory auditors as Rs. 55000/-+
taxes. Out of pocket expenses for audit of IIFT Kolkata will be paid
seperately as per actuals. You may revise the quotes and send the
sealed quote again in case you find it necessary in the light of the
above.
