We have received a communication from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) that it is mandatory to quote minimum audit fee in all the EOI for statutory auditors w.e.f FY 2016. Accordingly with the approval of the Competent Authority , we have now quoted the estimated minimum audit fee ( IIFT Delhi+Kolkata )for statutory auditors as Rs. 1,25,000/-+ taxes. ( Inclusive of Out of pocket expenses for audit of IIFT ) and we may extend the tender Notice for further 15 days(w e f From 01/04/2021) . Last date of closing of Tender is 15th April 2021
