Public Policy Club

Public policy has been playing a crucial role in recent years at the intersection of businesses, government and politics. The Public Policy Club at IIFT seeks to provide an understanding of public policy to the students, allowing them to undertake critical analysis of public policy decisions and comprehend the nuances of multi-level interaction between government, business and society in the national and international environment.
As leaders of tomorrow, in-depth understanding of the way the policy process works is critical for a competitive edge. Our club encourages debates, dialogues and sharing of ideas on various forums to augment theoretical knowledge with practical learning while sensitizing the student about the policy issues which plague the society around us.

We seek to work closely with industry, government, civil society and organisations on areas of national importance, offering students a genuine connect with reality of policy making and impact in India.
