Estate & Maintenance Division

The Estate & Maintenance Division is responsible for providing clean environment, carrying out maintenance of all infrastructure and facilities including the buildings, hostels, guest houses, roads, lawns, housekeeping and sanitation services of the Institute. It is responsible for providing prompt, efficient & systematic services and amenities to the faculty, officers, staff, students and visitors of the Institute.  It also looks after the Institute’s interface with all external utilities and essential services i.e. electricity, water, municipal work, minor civil work, procurement of maintenance items from Gem/Local market  etc.
