Estabishment Division
The Establishment Division is responsible for recruitment of Teaching and Non-teaching positions in the Institute (regular/contractual), implementing long term human resources policy, career development and training programmes for employees of the Institute. It is responsible for Establishment & Service matters of the various faculty and non-teaching employees of the Institute. It maintains and upkeep the service records of the employees to assist in decision-making on staffing matters.
