She has successfully tenured post of Director IQAC (Internal quality assurance Cell) at IIFT New Delhi, Member Academic Council, Board of Studies, Board of Management etc.  She has held several portfolios at IIFT New Delhi like Graduate Studies Management-GSM Division, International Collaboration and Capacity Development, Accreditation and Ranking,Faculty Development Programs, and IIFT-Journals. She has also chaired flagship program MBA-IB, Executive post graduate programs in International Business at IIFT Delhi. Has been instrumental in designing and reviewing Degree and Post Graduate Diploma programs etc.
