• MBA -IB (ONLINE) PROGRAMME:

  The MBA-IB (Online) Programme is a two year curriculum designed for working professionals who intend to augment their business acumen without taking a career break. The teaching pedagogy of the course involves interactive virtual sessions closely mimicking the classroom experience, live industry interaction, and collaboration of industry -academia for dynamic problem solving. To facilitate holistic learning, case study and problem-solving-based approaches are preferred, frequented by classroom interaction and discussions.

• Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Management (Executive PGDM):

  The Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Management (Executive PGDM)is a 15-months Online Programme of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has been designed especially for those wishing to tap international markets. The objective of the programme is to go into finer nuances of international trade, investment and business. The programme is focused on providing a holistic approach towards trade and investment procedures and current developments. The emergence of Trade Blocs has led to changes in the international trade regime. The programme also focuses on regional integration and the manner in which it is related to the disciplines of WTO. The programme focuses on Multi Regional Agreements and their impact on nation building. In recent years, Global Value Chains have gained momentum and thus it becomes important to assess their importance as well as implications on trade between countries. The emergence of Trade Blocs has led to changes in the international trade regime. The programme also throws light on Trade in Services. In all this, the role of trade logistics and finance is studied simultaneously.

  Four Months Live Online Weekend Programme, Duration: 150 hours

  Course Objective:

  Understand the dynamics of global business environment and its impact on international trade, Analyze Global Economic Trends, Identify Opportunities and Challenges presented by globalization and emerging markets, Develop an understanding of international marketing concepts and strategies, Understand India’s Foreign Trade Policy and its implementations, Understand the financial instruments used in export-import transactions, such as letters of credit and trade finance facilities, Acquire practical knowledge of import-export operations documentation procedures, Gain an understanding of international trade logistics and supply chain management.

  Four Months Live Online Weekend Programme, Duration: 150 hours

  Course Objective:

  Understand the fundamental principles of global trade, including international trade regulations, trade agreements, and the role of global institutions. Analyze the logistics chain and identify the critical components that ensure the efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. Gain insights into port operations, including the management of port facilities, cargo handling, and the latest technological advancements in port logistics. Develop problem-solving skills to address challenges in global trade logistics and port operations. Apply best practices in supply chain management to optimize logistics performance and reduce costs. Enhance their ability to manage and coordinate logistics and port operations in a global context, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.

• ONLINE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES (MDPs):
  
  The Centre offers Online MDPs, spreading across the entire spectrum of functional areas in the International Trade & Logistics, Finance, Import-Export Management and International Business domain. These Short-Term MDPs are designed to provide a quick and focused learning experience, equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills in a short duration.
