The Institute collaborates with the organizations to design and deliver custom programmes that address the organization's specific training needs. Such custom programmes involve close cooperation between the organization's leaders and the IIFT faculty to plan, design, and conduct the programme, to ensure maximum impact and relevance. The programme includes a combination of highly interactive classroom sessions, case discussions, small group exercises, and intensive study groups to encourage participants to think strategically and effectively manage change in their organizations. We have conducted various custom training programmes for following Govt. Departments/PSUs/EPCs and Corporate organizations.
