About the Committee
The Hostel and Mess Committee (HMC) at IIFT, is a
student-run body which constitutes of members from both
1st and 2nd year students of the institute. It is
responsible for managing the food and hostel
infrastructure at IIFT. We believe that IIFT should be a
'Home away from Home' for all students and thus strive
to improve various aspects related to food hostel issues
are resolved at the earliest. Owing to a wide range of
people, the menu is prepared such that the cuisine
preference of all students are satisfied.
Events
Apart from this, HMC hosts events round the year to
engage all the students. Some of the events include
"Gala Dinner" - which is a delicious grand dinner held
every month and "Food Quiz" - A food based quiz with
attractive prizes held during QuoVadis - The annual
cultural Fest of IIFT..
